At Reclamation Medical Ink & Artistry, your privacy and trust are of the utmost importance. This Privacy Policy outlines how I collect, use, protect, and retain your information, as well as the choices you have regarding your personal data.

That said, I will make every effort to maintain confidentiality and handle all communications with discretion and care. If you prefer more secure communication, please use your client portal secure messaging feature.
4. Data Sharing and Consent
Your personal information and photographs will never be shared publicly or used for marketing unless you have provided explicit written consent through the informed consent form or a separate photo/media release. I do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. I may be required to share limited information only when legally obligated (e.g., for public health or legal reasons).
5. Website Privacy
My website has been configured to minimize the use of tracking technologies, including cookies and IP address tracking. However, certain third-party services (such as map links or embedded tools) may still collect limited user data. While precautions have been taken, I cannot guarantee complete protection from third-party tracking.
6. Data Retention
In accordance with the Salt Lake County Health Department and other applicable laws, I will retain client records—including consent forms, treatment documentation, and photographs—for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of your last treatment. After this period, unnecessary data will be securely deleted or destroyed.
